How long will it take to receive my goods from hirst & hirst?        
We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them.  Most orders are delivered in the UK within 3 working days. We do ask that you allow extra time before Christmas and around Bank Holidays.   (Please note that when we are delivering to you in other countries, it can be hard to guarantee a delivery date.  There are too many variables, like customs and the postal service where you live)  For more on delivery click here.         
How secure are my details?        
Our site has a certificate from Thawte (click here for more details) which encrypts (hides it with a code) your details when you type them in and makes sure they are safe once they are stored on the site.  Look for the little padlock on the right hand side of the space where you type in web addresses at the top of the webpage.  Click on this and it will tell if the site you are on is secure.  Your payment details are not taken by hirst & hirst on our site - you will need to choose whether to go through Paypal or pay with a card through Sagepay.   We've done our best to make sure that your information is secure and we will never sell it or pass it on to anyone else (unless of course you're a wanted criminal and we have to help the police in some way!?!)          
What if I don't like my purchases or they are faulty?        
Under the terms of our returns policy you have 21 days to decide if you would like to keep the goods or not.  Please contact us so that we know to expect your goods if you are planning to return them.  Then we can keep an eye out for them.  We are very speedy with refunds and exchanges, all because we aim to offer a level of service that we would like to receive ourselves.  For more on returns terms and conditions click here (though please bear in mind that these ts and cs have been created with an eye on legalities - we are reasonable people and aim to please our customers on all occasions!)
